Buy the Bunch owner Paula Simon enjoyed gardening and working with flowers long before she decided to open a flower shop 18 years ago. “I had taken floral design courses earlier in my life and loved it,” Simon says. “I have always had a passion for gardening and working with flowers. When I found the business was for sale I decided to take a leap of faith.” Now the company is looking forward to another busy wedding season, consulting with brides to help them find the perfect flowers for their decor and budget.

The Mount Pleasant florist also provides on-site rentals, setup and breakdown, and the team is happy to consult the long-distance bride-to-be by phone or email for her convenience. But most importantly, the crew likes to get to know the wedding parties personally. Simon says, “I enjoy sharing the creativity with our brides and building a relationship with them and helping them bring to life their dreams of their special day.”
